Real estate is the act of helping people move through significant milestones, an endeavor that Kimberly Erickson holds close to her heart. With a client-centric business philosophy built upon integrity, Kimberly works closely with the Olympic Peninsula community she lives in to provide exceptional real estate service. In addition to her position as a residential real estate agent with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Kimberly has also managed short and long-term rental properties, which serves as an asset to her investor clients.
Prior to entering the industry, Kimberly completed her undergraduate studies at Eastern Washington University and went on to hold careers of increasing responsibility within the healthcare industry. As a nurse and educator, she honed her ability to think clearly under pressure and problem solve with the confidence and immediacy one needs to achieve results in today’s market. Dedicated to building relationships, Kimberly goes above and beyond to implement customized marketing plans and put clients at ease. She communicates with clients as they need it, understanding intimately that while they’re making these significant decisions, they must also balance their life, work, and family.
Kimberly is the mother of three and together with her husband, she understands the importance of a work-life balance. She loves the outdoors (especially on the Peninsula), finding time to camp and hike when the weather agrees. Kimberly is an integral member of the community, volunteering at various organizations including her daughters’ school.
